Mood Through Lighting - 2021

Concept

My goal for this project is to create a single space, like a bedroom, and using lighting to change the mood and emotion of the scene. I’ll be doing this by altering the quality of the light, color, and direction. I don’t want to change any of the models or textures of the space, the only thing that will change is the lighting. I’ll be sure to include various light sources in the space like a ceiling light, window(s), desk lamp, string lights, TV/computer monitor, etc. The more conceptual purpose of this project is to show that light can drastically change the feeling someone has when they are in a space.

I made the decision to purchase some models from Turbosquid. I am not a modeler and I thought anything I were to make myself would detract from the concept and purpose of the project.
